How To Get The Most From Your Stall


Gaining the most possible traction with your stall is key to making the best possible return. Whether it’s your first vegan market or your thirtieth, we’ve got 5 of the best ways that our Traders like to do just that.


#1: Social media

By posting on social media before the event, you create excitement for visitors and it’s also a great way to let people know what products will be available on the day. If you can, take a photo of your stall on the morning of the market and post it to your social media channels. That way, everyone can know what to look out for. It’s also nice to do a roundup post after the event, to thank your customers.


#2: Free samples

Everyone loves a free sample, and it works well by attracting many customers and getting them to try your products before buying. Try and feature a ‘star product’ that you can easily sample in a hygienic way.


#3: Tailored offers

A great way to create a sense of excitement for your customers is to offer a discount only valid for that day, or for a particular event. Think about offers such as: buy one, get one half price; a free item when you buy a product (or £1 off). Whatever works well for your products. Special offers will encourage people to buy from you on that day, rather than waiting.


#4: Stall positioning

Where your stall is located at the market can make a huge difference to your sales, which is why we offer stall priority in all our sponsorship packages. #5: Signage

Attractive signage and branding creates a memorable and enticing experience for your customers. It will also continuously build your brand's awareness wherever you go. Your point of sale signs can influence a customer’s spending behaviour, so ensure these are clear and in a position that everyone can see. Take some time to practice different writing styles with multiple colours or, if you have the budget, you could use a specialist.
