Gluten-free Vegan Chocolate Tart


This vegan and gluten-free chocolate tart is a great crowd pleaser and is so simple to make!

Ingredients Base 300g ground almonds 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/3 cup maple syrup 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted Chocolate filling 210g chocolate 3/4 of a 400ml can coconut milk (300ml) Method 1. Warm up the coconut milk in a pan over a low heat. Once warm, remove from the heat and turn off. Add the chocolate and mix to combine. 2. To make the base, add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined. 3. Add the base mixture into a tart tin and push down until evenly compact. 4. Pour the chocolate into the base and sprinkle salt over the top. Set in the fridge for 2-3 hours to firm. 5. Serve with toppings of your choice, we chose raspberries and chopped pistachio's.
