Easy Beetroot Hummus
Beetroot hummus is a great snack, bursting with flavour and packed full of nutritious ingredients. Use a dip or healthy spread on sandwiches! Ingredients 1 can of Chickpeas, drained
2 beetroots, cooked and diced
2 cloves of garlic zest and juice of 1 lemon 2 tablespoons of tahini
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Method
1. Put the chickpeas, beetroots and garlic into a food processor and mix until ground.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until you reach a creamy consistency. 3. Serve or chill in fridge, covered for up to 4 days.
